Will I get a refund if I decide not to travel?

Probably. All tickets, including advance tickets purchased before Monday 23rd March for travel before 31st May are now fully refundable.
If your journey is after May 31st, please wait before requesting a refund as we're not yet allowed to process them. We will update this page when we know any more.
Advanced tickets purchased from Monday 23rd March onwards are subject to the normal rules.
